A Journey Across Inner Mongolia
The MiMi Collection originates from founder Milimo Zumbunu’s travels through Inner Mongolia, where landscapes stretch infinitely, and everyday objects hold generations of meaning.
Traversing from the grasslands of Hulunbuir to the historic cities of Ordos, Baotou, Manzhouli, Heishantou, and Hohhot, Milimo immersed himself in the region’s design language—where utility meets beauty, and heritage is preserved in every detail.
It was here that he discovered the Ulzii pattern, an ancient symbol representing continuity, balance, and eternal cycles.
Often found adorning daily tools, silver heirlooms, and ceremonial pieces, the Ulzii motif forms the visual and structural foundation of the MiMi Collection.
